Through engaging classroom courses with dedicated faculty, you will learn accounting concepts to prepare you for your postgraduation goals. Many of our faculty have professional experience in accounting and finance positions with a variety of businesses and organizations.
Accounting majors choose from one of the following concentration areas:
Along with rigorous accounting courses, you'll take a variety of core business courses to prepare you to be a well-rounded participant in the business workforce. These foundational courses include global economics, ethics, leadership, introduction to business law, principles of financial accounting, and principles of managerial accounting.
You'll also participate in hands-on learning outside of the classroom through internships, job shadowing, and volunteer opportunities.
