Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ is launching a transformative summer experience designed to empower the next generation of changemakers. The Concordia Summer Entrepreneurship Retreat for high school-aged young women will be held June 23–27, 2025, on Concordia’s campus.

Targeted to young women entering their junior or senior year of high school, the daytime retreat combines entrepreneurial skill-building with self-reflection, leadership development, and well-being practices.

“Entrepreneurship is about more than starting a business — it’s about seeing the world differently and acting with intention,” said Heather McDougall, Concordia’s director for entrepreneurship and one of the retreat’s lead facilitators. “This retreat is a launchpad for young women to understand themselves, connect with others, and gain the tools to lead with confidence and make a meaningful impact on the world.”
